Yours Sincerely Delivery

Every package will be delivered with a tracking number by Australia Post. We recommend selecting the Signature on Delivery service for added security.

All our Gift Hampers come with a complimentary Yours Sincerely luxurious Gift Box, beautifully packed with love and care to create a memorable gifting experience. Your luxe gift box will be secured by an Australia Post's Large Parcel Box as an additional layer of protection during transit.

*For ala-carte items, you can choose to add our signature luxe gift box to your cart for a flat rate of A$9.95 from our Signature Gift Box product page. 

Shipping & Handling Charges

We use Australia Post to deliver all our orders and we currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Our Standard Shipping is a flat rate of A$5.99 (Australia Wide) and it's inclusive of tracking number. Our shipping fees also includes handling charges such as quality assurance, packing, and processing your order.

For a safer and peace of mind delivery, select the delivery option with Signature for an additional $3.00 on top of the delivery charges.

We also offer FREE Shipping for all orders $99 and over Australia Wide!

What are the timeframes for your delivery?

Most of our orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days to allow sufficient time for the products to be embroidered.

Under normal circumstances, the estimated Australia Wide delivery timeframe is as follows:

  • Standard Parcel Shipping by Australia Post is 2-5 business days
  • Express Parcel Shipping by Australia Post is 1-3 business days. 

Please refer to Australia Post's (Standard & Express Post delivery estimates) page for the most updated delivery timeframes. 

For international delivery to New Zealand, the estimated delivery timeframe is as follows:

  • International Post Standard Shipping by Australia Post is 5-12 business days
  • International Post Express Shipping by Australia Post is 3-8 business days. 

While we always strive to ensure on-time delivery, orders to remote areas and orders with special requests may take longer. Delays can also occur during busy periods and the package may be delivered past the estimated delivery timeframe.

How does delivery work if I am purchasing as a gift?

Please ensure that the recipient's full name and address are complete and accurate under the Shipping Address section.

All our orders are delivered via Australia Post to your nominated address in the Shipping Address section. 

Please inform us immediately if you provided the wrong address in the Shipping Address section. We will not be able to retract the package once it's sent. 

What if I have not received my parcel after the expected delivery timeframe?

Missing parcel investigations will only be launched after 15 business days of the expected delivery date. See Australia Post website for "Finding a missing item" information or to lodge a "Missing item enquiry".

Returned to Sender (RTS)

Occasionally, orders are returned to sender by Australia Post due to the following reasons;

1. Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address
2. No Unit or Street number provided
3. No Street name, Suburb, State or Postcode provided
4. Invalid Street name, Suburb or Postcode
5. Suburb, State and Postcode do not match
6. No Business name provided for Business address
7. No Floor/Level provided for Business address
8. No contact name provided for Business address
9. Parcel has not been collected from Post Office by receiver within 10 business days of an attempted delivery notification card is left at the address
10. Parcel is rejected by receiver

If your order is returned to sender because you have provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address; parcel has not been collected from Post Office within the required timeframe; or any of the above reasons, you can have your order resent to you after we have received your order back at our office.

However, you will be charged with a full price redelivery postage according to your original delivery option before we can resend your order. The redelivery fees are as follows;

Full Price Shipping/Redelivery Fee

  • Standard with Signature Shipping/Redelivery Fee - $9.95
  • Express with Signature Shipping/Redelivery Fee - $15.95
