Does the baby gift hampers come with a complimentary gift box?

Yes! All our Gift Hampers include a complimentary Yours Sincerely signature gift box, beautifully wrapped with a satin ribbon to tie it all up.

How long does it to take embroider the products?

It normally takes 5-7 business days for the products to be embroidered and dispatched. If you have an urgent order, please reach out to us via our Contact Page or Text us at +61 477 401 942 (SMS / WhatsApp) and we'll try our best to expedite the order for you!

How will my luxe gift box be packaged?

Our baby gifts are carefully packed into our signature Yours Sincerely gift box, wrapped with our logo gifting papers, and sealed with a Yours Sincerely signature green sticker.

We also include a handwritten gift card with the baby's name and a satin ribbon to tie it all together.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $4.99 for Standard Shipping and $14.95 for Express Shipping within Australia.

We also offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders above $99.00 within Australia. 

Which courier company will be delivering my order?

We use Australia Post to deliver all our orders and we currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

What measures do we take to protect your luxe gift box during transit?

Your luxe gift box will be secured by an Australia Post's Large Parcel Box as an additional layer of protection during transit.

Does ala-carte items come with a complimentary gift box?

For ala-carte items, you can choose to add our signature luxe gift box to your cart for a flat rate of A$9.95 from our A La Carte product page.

Will an invoice or receipt be sent with the gift I ordered?

No invoice or receipt will be included in the gift you ordered. The order confirmation will only be sent to the person purchasing the gift.
