We understand that sometimes a change of mind can happen, and we're happy to assist you in returning your product for a store credit or exchange (excluding embroidered items), as long as we're notified within 7 days of you receiving the item and it's returned in its original condition at your own cost
- As each personalised item is made uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind on these items.
- Our Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception of products within 7 days and contact us immediately if the item has a manufacturer defect, is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â
If a product is faulty as mentioned above, you would need to take a photo proof of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in and send the photos directly to us at hello@yourssincerely.com.au with your Order Number. For all faulty items, you will be offered a replacement or repair, store credit or a full refund.
Wear and tear will not be considered a faulty product.Â
We will not be able to provide a refund or return if there are spelling mistakes or if you forgot to include personalisation in your order. So kindly double-check the personalised name before checking out.Â
Refunds
If we determine your product to be faulty, you will be offered a replacement or repair, store credit or a full refund. In the event of a refund, youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
There will be no refund if the wrong address is indicated in the Shipping Address section and once the package has been sent.Â
